About ​Brent Whitfield Coaching

Long Beach resident Brent Whitfield, a dedicated coach and former athlete, has a wealth of experience in athletic training, teaching, and nurturing the next generation.

​From 2016 to 2018, Brent Whitfield served as the Girls' Youth Program and Coach Director at Anaheim Surf. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing and supporting other coaches within the U06 program and coaching, conditioning, and developing young players. Brent managed the scheduling and organization of team practices and games and played a crucial role in scouting and recruiting potential players. He also conducted outreach efforts in the community, high schools, and club teams to attract talent.
